III. Teaching Dhamma
57. I will not teach Dhamma to a person with an umbrella in his hand, unless that person is sick.
58. I will not teach Dhamma to a person with a cane in his hand, unless that person is sick.
59. I will not teach Dhamma to a person with a knife in his hand, unless that person is sick.
60. I will not teach Dhamma to a person with a weapon in his hand, unless that person is sick.
61. I will not teach Dhamma to a person wearing shoes, unless that person is sick.
62. I will not teach Dhamma to a person wearing sandals, unless that person is sick.
63. I will not teach Dhamma to a person in a vehicle, unless that person is sick.
64. I will not teach Dhamma to a person on a couch, unless that person is sick.
65. I will not teach Dhamma to a person in an easy chair, unless that person is sick.
66. I will not teach Dhamma to a person wearing headgear who is not sick
67. I will not teach Dhamma to a person whose head is covered with a robe or scarf,, unless that person is sick.
68. I will not, while sitting on the ground, teach Dhamma to one sitting on a seat, unless that person is sick.
69. I will not, while sitting on a low seat, teach Dhamma to one sitting on a high seat, unless that person is sick.
70. I will not, while standing, teach Dhamma to a person sitting, unless that person is sick.
71. Walking behind, I will not teach Dhamma to a person walking ahead, unless that person is sick.
72. Walking beside a path, I will not teach Dhamma to a person walking on the path, unless that person is sick.
IV. Miscellaneous
73. I will not defecate or urinate while standing up, unless I am sick.
74. I will not defecate, urinate, or spit on green vegetation, unless I am sick.
75. I will not defecate, urinate, or spit in water, unless I am sick.
